CLIMACELL - CLIMATIC TEST CHAMBERS
Climatic chambers CLIMACELL offer all conditions for a precise and reproducible simulation of various climatic conditions, e.g. for stability tests of parts, food packing or chemical substances. Research of germs or tissue cultures and insects. These environmental test chambers offer an interesting alternative of expensive test chambers and test rooms. A microprocessor controlled humidifying and dehumidifying control system together with a powerful illumination system ensure a perfect homogenous parameters for tests and grow conditions.

Basic design components:
Sturdy design and perfect corrosion prevention are ensured by a self-supporting outer jacket made of galvanized steel sheet with hard and resistant baking varnish on the outer side. The inner double-jacket chamber and the door panel are made of high-quality stainless steel (DIN 1.4301, AISI 304). For the purpose of energy saving and minimizing the heat radiated to the ambient air the chamber is perfectly insulated with an ecological insulating material. The inner walls of the chamber can be easily removed without using any tool, e.g. for the purpose of cleaning. On top of that the chamber is provided with a fan with speed regulation and with inner glass door. A high performance humidifier is supplied with distilled water (supply tank is included in the delivery). The door is secured at four points for perfect tightening. The devices are provided with multiprocessor control unit Comfort-line with chip card system.

The high technical standard of the climatic chamber series CLIMACELL with the chamber volume of 111, 222, 404 and 707 litres, working temperature from 0 °C up to 99.9 °C offers all conditions for exact and reproducible simulation of various environmental conditions. The series CLIMACELL is suitable for use in research of germs, plant or tissue cultures, insects, for stability tests etc.
The microprocessor controlled humidifying, dehumidifying and heating system combined with a high performance system of interior lighting guarantee homogenous parameters for tests and ideal conditions for development and growth of samples. The patented cooling system (ecological cooling medium R134a) and air ventilation within the chamber guarantee rapid and precise reaching of the selected temperature and humidity in the chamber and consequently an ideal sample heating. The series CLIMACELL offers high operating comfort, precise control, possibility to reach even extreme short time of temperature changes and short times of temperature and humidity recovery in the chamber after door opening and therefore it is suitable for demanding and exact tests and processes of sample cultivation. The devices can be provided with various types of inner chamber lighting The devices CLIMACELL meet requirements of technical-legislative regulations in CZ and EU.
CLIMACELL Comfort-line
The Comfort-line is provided with a multiprocessor control system with adaptation for every particular unit type and volume through a Fuzzy-Logic program. The process information is displayed on a clear LCD two-line display. The control elements are placed on a foil keyboard.
