As part of our total commitment to our customers and the products we supply, SciQuip has a highly trained service department dedicated to supporting our product range.

Unlike many other service companies we only offer service support on the products we supply, as a result our specialist engineers are technical experts in the products they service.

Service Contracts

SciQuip offers a range of different contracts to suit all of our customers requirements.

Discounts are available for service contracts and any combination of contracts on multiple units.

Engineers

As our specialist engineers only support our own products their unrivalled tehnical ability results in fast, reliable service and repair. All of SciQuip's service specialist's are factory trained and receive regular retraining from the manufacturers on an annual basis.

Spare Parts

SciQuip only uses manufacturers spare parts which ensure all our equipment will continue to provide reliable and long-lasting use following a service by one of our service specialists. Our engineers hold all commonly used spare parts in stock, further stocks are held at our central warehouse.

Coverage

SciQuip has three service centre's covering the whole of mainland UK. Our aim is to provide a service engineer within 24 - 48 hours of your call.
