General Customer Service duties

The successful candidate will possess the following skills/experience:

Excellent knowledge of excel

Hardworking & reliable team player

Ability to successfully manage own workload

Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication skills

Accurate with a keen eye for detail

Experience of Sage desirable

Digital SEO Marketing Executive Required

We are looking for a Marketing & SEO Executive to work with both our Marketing Director and Senior Marketing Executive.

The candidate will assist in the delivery of strong innovative marketing strategies both traditional and digital, using SEO, PPC and other techniques to drive traffic to company pages and generate interest in company products and services.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Google AdWords, Google Analytics and other relevant sites.
  • Keep abreast of social media, web technologies and digital marketing trends; implement these technologies in developing campaigns
  • Creation of Blogs
  • Database management
  • Competitor analysis
  • Working with the marketing/sales team to create targeted mailings and emails
  • Website and web shop updates
  • Implement tactics that will ensure continuous growth of revenue through PPC, SEO and social


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or minimum 12 months experience in digital marketing
  • Self-motivated with strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
  • Basic Knowledge of HTML
  • Knowledge of the following is preferable: SEO, PPC, Google AdWords, Analytics, Magento, Excel & Microsoft Office.


Salary negotiable, bonus, pension, on-site gym, up to 35 days holiday
